The space
Welcome to Seagrape Cottage – a newly renovated four-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat with a sparkling private pool, just steps from the soft white sands of Cortez Beach. Ideally located across the street from the Gulf and a short stroll to lively Bridge Street, this island getaway combines modern amenities with coastal charm for the perfect beach vacation.

Inside, Florida style shines with bright wood beams, nautical touches, and an inviting open floor plan. Relax on the spacious sectional after a sun-filled day, or gather around the fully equipped galley kitchen with stainless steel appliances and butcher block counters. Choose to dine inside with views of the shoreline, poolside on the patio, or on the wrap-around porch while listening to the waves crash.

Primary Suite, 1st floor: King bed, patio access, ensuite with double vanity & walk-in shower

Guests have full access to the entire home, including a private heated pool and a fully fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying your own secluded space.

For your convenience, the home includes 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, a beach umbrella, and all the bath towels, beach towels, and linens you'll need—everything ready for a relaxing stay!

3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group.
