Bradenton Beach

The property was well kept and perfect for our group of 7. The short walk to the beach was very doable, especially with the wagon provided. The closest beach was never crowded, so perfect location. The outdoor space with pool, grill, hot tub, sitting area, fridge, and ping-pong table were all enjoyed by our group. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Great location

Great location, nice duplex, clean, and comfortable. parking was an issue as the guest on the other side hogged it all in the front and the pool the first day there. This is a shared space, be aware. To many cameras on the property for my liking, in the future I will reframe from staying in A duplex. My preference only. The house was great but I have two beautiful daughters and they were uncomfortable to go into the pool until the other guests left.

Amazing stay - would return!

We had such a great experience here. The house was extremely clean and had more than we needed for amenities with 3 kids. We walked or took the trolley everywhere - location is perfect! Quiet neighborhood with a short 30 min trip to the airport. Will definitely be returning!

Great place to stay with pool

This is a wonderful place to stay in Bradenton Beach, a couple blocks from beach. It is a duplex that you share half the pool with other people. That was fine for us. 3 story duplex. Lots of stairs to main level and to bedrooms upper level. No bathroom on lower level where pool and hot tub is. Could have used more seating on living area balcony. Manager replied promptly with a gas grill concern we had. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Our questions were answered promptly. We liked the close proximity to the beach, but also relaxing in the pool and hot tub. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

A perfect spot to celebrate!! Very clean and close to beach. Beach supplies and pool supplies provided . Outside grill - sitting Area is perfect to relax .Plenty of room for 5 adult ladies. . I give this place 5 stars !!!

GREAT ACCOMODATIONS

This home was VERY close to the beach, roomy, and near everything. On the day prior to leaving we lost our key to get into the home and Kevin was not only understanding but quick to help. Something that was super helpful in the main living area was that the wall switches were labeled. Great location, pool was just enough.

Beautiful place

Our place was perfect for our family vacation! The hosts were great, and the rental was beautiful and super close to anything we wanted to do. The pool & hot tub were nice and kept everyone busy. This is our first time to Anna Maria Island, but definitely will not be our last! We will also be staying at this place again, highly recommend.

Best weekend getaway!

This is the cutest beach house, so spacious and homey! We loved being able to use the chairs, towels, floaters, and wagon and make a quick walk to the beach. Coming home to hop in the pool and hang out downstairs was so much fun! It had everything we needed for our quick weekend getaway and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The owner was so nice and communication was easy and timely. We enjoyed our stay so much and highly recommend this amazing house!

Great location and house

We spent three nights here. The pool area was where we spent most of our time. My kids (13 & 12) couldn’t get enough of the pool. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. The beach is right around the corner. So glad we picked this property for our stay.

Could not have enjoyed our time more! The host was outstanding, responsive, and understanding. We loved the new furniture/ bedding and the outstanding amenities. The duplex was delightful and easy to use. The family next to us in the duplex we never heard. The host even helped us with our golf cart rental during our stay and directed us to some great dining spots. We give our stay a 10 out of 10!

Great place

Everything went so smoothly. They let us park there, since we arrived early. Helped our selves to chairs, wagon, umbrella, and off to the beach. Only a very short 1 1/2 block walk to beach! The kitchen has everything you need. Full size washer and dryer were great. Lower level by pool, plenty of shade, lots of chairs and another refrigerator.

Great location

The house was amazing and newly renovated. Equipped with most everything you need. The pool is a great place to cool off and the lounge chairs were amazing with great umbrella coverage. The house had lots of extra pool/beach equipment available for use. Andrew was extremely responsive. The cleaning in the kitchen could use a little extra attention and there were not sheets for the pullout couch. I did have to get Walmart to deliver those. The main bedroom bathroom had a tub shower combo that was difficult to get in and out of easily.

Girls getaway

This Vrbo was everything it stated it would be. We enjoyed our long weekend throughly. The only little hiccup was that the person who took care of the maintenance of the pool and hot tub was scheduled the next morning. I would definitely refer this property to others.

Great home close to the beach

My family and I went down for a wedding and had a wonderful time. The kids loved the pool and we couldn't get them out. Really short walk to the beach. Very close to dining and shopping. Only issue was that many of the light covers on the stairs going from the outside to inside have screw heads sticking out. I unfortunately caught my heel on one of them and it caused a bit of damage. Not the owners fault, just keep an eye out. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect location on Ana Maria Island!!

Absolutely beautiful property & location was amazing!!! We had an absolutely wonderful time!! The house has a wonderful lanai and pool area that accommodates many people …. This home has a lot of steps that was the only downfall so if you have somebody in your party, that can’t handle steps. This wouldn’t be a good location for them but other than that everything was great.

I rented this entire house for my sons wedding on Anna Maria Island. Giving 5 stars for this place feels like an injustice. The location is perfect-a short walk to watch the sunrise on the bay or the sunset from the beach. Plenty of parking, but who needs a car when there’s a free trolley right out your door to take you anywhere on the island. No need to pack for the beach. This property provides anything you would ever need, from chairs to towels to beach toys, and a wagon to load it all in. There’s plenty of space to stretch out inside, but frankly we spent every waking minute out by the pool, or in the shade provided by the covered porch area, complete with comfy seating, a fridge and a grill. Run, don’t walk, if you’re considering renting this place. PS-it was super clean and the owners were quick to respond to any questions.
