"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were given a free drink because it was our anniversary which was a nice surprise. Our room was clean and well supplied but would have been nice to have a better view. The hotel is very well situated opposite the park and within a short walk from the town."

"Could not fault the hotel and staff.hotel was spotless and staff super friendly. Room was very clean and bed was unbelievable. Best night's sleep for ages. Breakfast was lovely with loads of choice. Great location if traveling by train,also a couple of car parks very close."

Reception staff were wonderful nothing was too much at all, special thanks to one of the ladies I didn’t catch her name! my stay was just brilliant and the bed was the comfiest Iv ever slept on (I stay in a lot of hotels) ! "The room was very clean no problems. The mattress was very hard and could of done with extra pillows. The facilities such as swimming where very clean and amazing pool. We booked the breakfast which was help yourself to continental and cooked. We paid an extra tenner at the reception to have a little later check out."
