Welcome to Carpe Diem! We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a comfortable stay. The house is close to Chateau Mountain amenities - indoor/outdoor pool, pickleball court, basketball court, and playground.

The house is equipped with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. 5 attached bedroom/bathrooms and a custom-built bunk room with a bathroom right outside the door. This is one of our three 6 bedrooms side by side and we had the first pick of lots, so the lakeview is amazing along with the custom plan with upper-level rec room with breathtaking views.

The main level deck has seating, a hot tub, fire pit, and a grill. The living area has a fireplace and 65” TV. The kitchen has island with seating for 3, and dining area has a dining table that seats 10 and granite bar that seats 6 with a large window overlooking lake. The outdoor area has patio with seating, private hot tub, private putting green. There's also a privacy fence on each side of the property.

The upper level has an amazing sports theme rec room with a pool table, multicade, 86” TV. The upper level leads to another deck with lake views and seating. Plenty of parking out front and close to community amenities.

Bedroom layouts are as follows:

Main Level - (2) King Bedrooms with attached bathroom

Upper Level - (2) King Bedrooms with attached bathroom, (1) Bedroom with 2 Queens and attached bathroom (Jack n Jill bathroom shared with one of the king bedrooms, (1) Bedroom with Custom bunk w/full over Queen.

NO SLEEPER SOFAS

All bedrooms have smart TVs

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, along with supplying toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo conditioner, hand soap, laundry soap, and coffee. Book with confidence! I provide great customer service, as noted in reviews of my other properties.

Conveniently located close to Branson Strip and all major Branson attractions. This house can be rented with the two homes next door - Mi Casa Su Casa and Carpe Diem to sleep a total of 48

Our recent stay was fantastic! The location was perfect—close to all the major attractions, which made getting around quick and easy. The unit itself was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.One of the best parts was the game room. Perfect!!!!

Beautiful place, perfect size for our group of 15 with a great view. Plenty of things for the kids to do on-site including swimming, basketball not to mention the game room on the second floor. Would definitely recommend.

Magnificent Lake View Cabin with Lots of Extras!

We needed a place to stay in Branson with lots of bedrooms for a big family and this cabin was perfect! 4 bedrooms upstairs with a gameroom and 2 bedrooms downstairs with living area and kitchen. Lots of king size beds. Hot tub and putting green outside. Community pool and pickleball courts nearby. About 12 minutes from Silver Dollar City or Branson. The sunset views were amazing! Highly recommend staying on the lake.

Other than the cold water, the stay was wonderful. The house was clean and beautiful stocked with all the kitchen stuff as well as linens and such. Cindy was fantastic to answer all questions very quickly.

Family reunion

We had several families that stayed in the same community. Plenty of space in this home for 4 families. Close to activities, shopping and restaurants. Cindy, the host was very responsive and knowledgeable and made the stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

This was a great place for our family getaway! We had the grandparents and grandkids and aunts and uncles. The house has lots bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone. Two living rooms so everyone could spread out and relax. Very nice porches to enjoy the view. We used the pools too which the grandkids loved. We never did get around to using the hottub but it was clean and ready. Check in was very easy and the check out wasn't too bad, although a little early for our group of late sleepers. Overall a great weekend and a nice area to stay. Not too far from Branson strip, but close to the Lake too. Cindy was very nice and helpful and the house and community areas were great too.

Perfect house for our Family Vacation to Table Rock Lake

This house was just perfect for us! We had a great view of the lake, and enjoyed every night on the upper balcony. There were 10 of us, and we had all the space we needed. The pool table and video arcade were a highlight for all! We were close to everything we wanted to do, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Family Vacation

Very happy with the house everything was perfect. One pillow case had a large drool stain on it and the bathroom door didn’t shut tight in the bedroom on the right side as you walk in the front door. Water pressure could be improved. The view was beautiful the game room entertained everyone.

Amazing property

Love the house and the amazing views of the lake. Great excess to down town Branson. Everything about the house was great. The only critique I would say . is the water pressure was a little low and not hot enough. Other then that everything was perfect.

Great (short) stay for family

We enjoyed our stay. There were 16 of us in our party. We fit relatively comfortably, but there wasn’t enough space for a group our size to have stayed longer than a few days. The pool table and video games kept the kids entertained. The pools were small but worked for a few hours. Wish there had been lake access, but there was a public beach just a couple miles away. Plenty of entertainment options to drive to.

Branson Vacation House

Our family had a great time on our trip to Branson, The house was great, well kept and clean. The lake view was fantastic!! We were able to get to Branson and back to our vacation rental easily once we got our directions and the roads figured out. We had a wonderful time!!

Great house

We came to Branson with friends and family to go to SDC. This house had a great view of the lake, short walk (couple of blocks) to the pool house and playground. Great location to town and to SDC. House was clean, had all the kitchen stuff you need, towels for shower and pool, washer and dryer with detergent. I would stay again. Everyone had a great time
