City View 5 - Beautiful night views!

City View is an updated 3 bed 2 bath family condo in the perfect location. It has an amazing view of the Branson mountains, the Branson strip, and especially the lights from the Bigfoot attraction and the Branson ferris wheel, with it's award winning light show.

The location is great for everything you would want to do in Branson. Table Rock Lake (2 miles), Branson Strip (1.5 miles), Silver Dollar City (4.5 Miles), and about 5 minutes to Moonshine Beach and 10 minutes to State Park marina.

This condo can sleep up to 9 guests. Relax on the private back deck with a drink and soak in the view of the city lights.

Grab another family to join you on your trip as we have another condo right across the hall, giving you 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms total, sleeping up to a maximum of 18 with both condos.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Master bedroom - King size bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 - Twin bed top bunk - full bed lower bunk (Sleeps 3)
Bedroom 3 - King size bed (Sleeps 2)
Living Room - Queen Sofa Bed (Sleeps 2)
All linens and towels are provided.

The HOA does not allow boats, trailers, and rvs at the complex.

Grab another family to join you on your trip as we have another condo right across the hall, giving you 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms total, sleeping up to a maximum of 18 with both condos.

This condo has just been updated with all new floors, bathrooms, and kitchen. Each bedroom has it's own tv. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs.

City View is a great place to crash after a full day of activities, or to simply relax and hang out.

The rental agreement that will be emailed after booking MUST be sign or your stay is forfeited

Perfect mother/daughter weekend stay

The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect! Everything we wanted to do was within a 10-12 minute drive! Only complaint is both chairs on the balcony were completely ripped so we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view!

Cleanliness

Looked nice online but upon arrival was disappointed on the lack of cleanliness. First thing I check is the bedding - good thing especially in the room with bunk beds - I don’t believe the sheets were changed from previous renters. Also dirty walls - by the top bunk sad to say there was dried blood and boogers. After discovering that I looked closer all over - I cleaned many places where there was dirt on the walls, doors, door frames, base boards and light switch plates plus the carpet didn’t look like it had been cleaned for some time. My opinion what ever the cleaning crew gets paid your getting ripped off. The place is cleaner when we left than when we got there. I shouldn’t have had to pay a cleaning fee. I shouldn’t have had to wash sheets and blankets that smelled awful before my grandkids could go to bed. Very disappointing.

comfortable and accessible with view

Clean and appeared as advertised. nice view of atractions lights on city skyline at night. Was quiet. Did not hear guests in adjoining floor.

Great for a family!

Easy check in and check out. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and all linens were clean and there were extra if needed. Floor was a bit dirty (as proven by the bottom of our bare feet). Central to Brandson, Table Rock Lake annd Silver Dollar City. Overall great and we would return.

Nice place - good location

This was a nice place to stay and a good location in Branson. We had assumed that there was cable TV in every room based on the pictures which showed "Cable TV" boxes, but there was no service which I confirmed with the property owner after we arrived and couldn't get any channels.

Weekend getaway

Overall a pleasant place to stay convenient to SDC, theatres and Branson downtown. Highlights: Easy checkin access via a security code Well equipped kitchen very responsive manager addressed minir issues w missing bedding and broken coffee maker very quickly Improvement Areas: Overall Good condition but could use attention to fix drawer pulls and door stops. An outdoor grill would be great

Very cozy

This place definitely helped make the best of our time here. It was cozy, bed were nice, the kitchen was stocked well with pans, and the host was super easy to work with! The listing does say it accommodates 9 guests and that’s how many we brought. There just isn’t quite enough room for 9 guests. The living room furniture and kitchen table doesn’t hold 9 guest's. That was our only complaint the entire time. It’d be perfect for a group of 5!

Great beds and close to Silver Dollar City

Our family of 9 (four adults, two teens and 3 grade schoolers) rented this facility for a vacation to SDC. The unit looks like it's been updated recently. The beds were really comfortable and felt luxurious. The owner also was very responsive when we reported we were missing the bedding for the sofa bed. The unit is as described and does sleep 9. It worked well for us -- although it might be a little tight for some as, for instance, the table has room for 7 people and there are only 2 bathrooms. Based upon the location, cleanliness and responsiveness of the owner, we would stay here again.

Comfortable

My family stayed at this condo for a week while visiting the Branson area. Communication with the property owner was simple and he responded promptly. While there, the one word kept which kept coming to my mind in order to describe the property was “comfortable”. Nothing overly fancy, but it just felt good to return to the condo after a busy day seeing the sights. The condo is only 5 minutes from the main strip and 10 minutes from Silver Dollar City (when there’s no traffic). You will not regret staying here.

Good place to stay for a family

This was a great location and a good property for my husband and our five kids. The Ferris wheel view from the balcony was great at night! Everything was easy. The worst part was thin toilet paper. The property was just what we needed otherwise! Thank you!

Wholedarnfamily

Great location, great floor plan. Allowed our family of 6 adults and 3 kids plenty of room to enjoy our long weekend stay in the Branson area. Very clean place. Hot water seemed limited but hard to tell with kids. A couple of the mattresses need to be replaced.
