Glam R Us place is a fabulous condo that was just set up for you to enjoy! This chic condo has everything brand new. New couches, beds, tables, dishes...everything! 5 minutes to the strip and 4.5 miles to Silver Dollar City. This location is AWESOME!

Bring the entire crew as the Glam R Us Place sleeps up to 8 people (**book it's neighboring condo "Western Comfort" to sleep an added 10 people**)!! Plush furnishings, quality linens and towels, new deluxe mattresses, everything you need to make your stay Glam R Us! Make sure to bring your swimsuit because the outdoor pool is perfection!

STOCKED ITEMS

All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay.

Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags

Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, Deodorizer spray, Tissue.

All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent.

full size washer/dryer, 12 cup coffee maker (grounds and filter provided), Crockpot, Outdoor pool (seasonal)

Guest Access:

**Parking: No trailers, boats, jet skis, campers, motorhomes, etc. can be parked in the complex. They will be ticketed and towed by The Vineyards HOA.



The Neighborhood:

Great location to bypass all the busy Branson traffic, 5 minutes to the Branson Strip, 15 minutes to Silver Dollar City, 5 minutes to Table Rock Lake, 15 minutes to historic downtown Branson and the Branson Landing, located on the south side of the Branson Strip for easy access to Dogwood Canyon, boat launches, can't say enough about the location!!



Other Things to Note:

**This property is located on the top floor and requires one flight of stairs.

**Parking: No trailers, boats, jet skis, campers, motorhomes, etc. can be parked in the complex. They will be ticketed and towed by The Vineyards HOA.

**Minimum booking age is 21.

**The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

**Seasonal Outdoor pool is typically open from Memorial day to Labor day, this is an approximate timeframe and is managed by the Vineyards HOA.

**Pool hours are 9am - 10pm.
