We also own unit #2 directly next door, which is nearly identical to #1 and was also recently remodeled so if you ever need two side-by-side units for larger groups, let us know (total capacity 16 between the two)

Sunset Ridge on Taneycomo #1, is exceptionally clean and spacious and recently remodeled. We have separate living and dining areas, and a well stocked kitchen with new appliances and great cooking utensils.

KING BEDS in both bedrooms! Walk in shower in master. Plus a pull out bed in the couch in the living room and a trundle in the 2nd bedroom.

Private deck with great ridgeline views. Seasonal views of Lake Taneycomo, the dam and great sunsets.

Roku smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms for streaming and cable

1 Gig wifi speed!!

FYI we also own unit #2 directly next door, which was also recently remodeled and is nearly identical to this unit. If you ever need two side-by-side places for a larger group, let us know.

GOLF SPECIAL: Show the clubhouse a booking confirmation for our condo and as for the "Stay and Play" special to receive $60/person for 18 holes plus cart (regular $110). Try the Pointe Grill after your round for great food and friendly service!

This property was above and beyond our expectations. My kids both requested that they want to stay here again and that the place felt like home. Everything was as described and more. My husband, 2.5yo, and I had the absolute best time here. Steve was fast to respond with questions we had before the trip, and the condo was extremely clean & well suited for a child.If you’re looking for a place close to everything, yet where you also can sit on the patio and enjoy the peace and quiet, this is the place for you!

Family fun!

There were lots of things the whole family could enjoy, like the pool, tennis courts, basketball, games, and huge box of toys which was my toddler’s favorite find. She wanted to take all the baby dolls back home with us. Clean place, and we never had to go buy things to cook with as the kitchen is well stocked!

The condo was extremely clean, and the details and instructions from the owner were very clear and easy to follow. Thank you for letting us stay at your place! Nice, Quiet Condo with a Pretty View

The condo was very nice, tastefully decorated and nicely equipped. The kitchen had excellent quality SS appliances and anything you might ever need for cooking, including a wafflemaker and a decent selection of spices, etc. For the coffee drinkers, it has a coffee maker (Mr. Coffee rather than Keurig, for those who care). The unit came with a full-size washer and dryer. The bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. They even provided for folks bringing small children by having a Pack ‘n Play, a high chair, and a changing table in the closet and plastic dishes and sippy cups in the kitchen. The golf course clubhouse was only a five-minute walk away and had two very nice pools – both outdoor and indoor. We only had one disappointment. While the unit had three large Roku TVs with both cable and internet, none of them worked. Two wouldn’t even turn on and the third would not connect to anything once it was turned on. In talking to the repairman, apparently they had a lightning storm a week or so before (and since the last visitors had stayed in the unit) and it apparently fried the TVs and the cable boxes. This was a surprise to the owners as well as to us and there really wasn’t a way to get everything replaced while we were there. The owner did compensate us for the problem. I also noticed that the fireplace didn’t work and wonder if this wasn’t also due to the lightning strike. This didn't matter to us in August but might when it gets colder.

Perfect property for a family

We enjoyed our stay at Branson. This was a quiet place, tucked away from the busyness of Branson yet close. We enjoyed dedicated community. We felt safe and secure. We enjoyed the games that were available. It was a perfect spring break trip for our family.

Perfection!

This property is perfect in every way. Looking out the back doors feels like living in the woods. Too many birds to count, so soothing. It was just the two of us this trip, but there were enough beds to sleep six more comfortably. Two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower that we loved. Washer and dryer, huge dining room table, and plenty of space in the living room. Ice maker in the fridge was great, and worked flawlessly. (Sometimes all you get is a freezer with ice cube trays. So the ice maker was a monster win for us!) The owners were wonderful to work with and answered our questions quickly. (We were challenged with the cable, at home we don't gave cable.) Why would you stay any place else when this is available? Trout fishing access is so close too... It was

Great family getaway

This was a great place to stay with the family. Everything in Branson and Hollister was very close and easy to get to. We enjoyed the pool area and it was a nice quiet place to relax.

We stayed 5 nights at this property. This condo is easily found in the neighborhood. The yard of the condo backs onto the woods and then the water. The condo was clean and exactly how it was listed on VRBO. We love Branson and will return to the condo in the future.

Quick but Good

We had a quick stay where we basically slept then left. Beds were comfortable and checkin was easy. Looks like there would be quite a bit to do on the property if we had stayed longer.

The condo was great, lots of space to spread out and hang out together. It was convenient to everything in Branson and easy to get to, and didn’t have any parking issues or loud neighbors. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Us

We liked everything about this condo. The location is away from the noise and bustle of the strip, but still convenient for visiting everything from Silver Dollar City to The Landing. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable, and the kitchen, baths, and laundry were well appointed to make our stay very pleasant. The toys, high chair, and pack-n-play are great additions to travelers like us with little ones. All-in-all a wonderful place to stay!
