This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed and a twin-size rollaway bed, providing added flexibility for groups or for anyone traveling with little ones.



Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• This home is a first-floor, walk-down unit with 10 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. A required parking pass will be provided at the gate.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The community outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
