New home in perfect downtown location. Bedrooms are on lower level. Enjoy the day at your favorite attractions and come back to relax while avoiding most of the traffic. No need to search for parking spaces downtown, all within walking distance or a short trolley ride, hours vary. Backyard has privacy fence. We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If there are any questions, we can be reached via messaging, and we will respond within 30 minutes You’ll receive a personalized code to enter unit. Parking for 2 vehicles in driveway and plenty of street parking nearby. Walking distance to downtown Branson shopping and restaurants. New fully fenced in back yard. Free trolley pick up is only a block away. Easy to use during busy seasons. Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with a queen size bed on bottom and a twin on top. A starter supply of paper products and soaps are provided. No garage access. Contains fire sprinkler system for your safety. House is also monitored via a commercial fire detection system which will automatically deploy fire department if necessary. Please use caution with tall items near sprinkler heads. You will be held liable if you accidentally trigger the fire system to engage. Ring doorbell at front door has video and ability to reach us if you ring the doorbell. House is equipped with a security system, used when vacant. There are NO cameras or recording devices within the home.

Wonderful stay! The host is very easy to reach and helpful. The house is just as I expected. Clean, well-stocked, great location, and plenty big for our girlfriends’ weekend. Loved it!

Location was close to Branson Landing and easy drive to anything in town. Area was quiet and house was exactly as advertised! Great place for whole family to stay.
This was the perfect location but not in the middle of the crazy traffic area. It's in a quiet neighborhood setting but on the blocks away from lots of activities.Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the place was well stocked. I would definitely stay again

This property was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space. Huge plus to have a washer and dryer! Truly just a five minute walk to the convention center where we attended a homeschool conference. Local attractions were easily accessible via a short ride in the car.

The place was very clean. Well stocked, coffee pods, water for the coffee pot, good frying pans and the first time ever I could cook off the BBQ without cleaning it first. I liked the location easy walking distance to Branson Landing. We will stay there again.
This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time. We really like the location to the Branson Landing and being away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. We love how we can all be together rather than in a hotel and everyone being in separate rooms. Everything was clean and very accommodating.
We were blown away on the cleanliness and how new the home was! Everything was brand new and so nice! Walking distance to Branson Landing or a 4 dollar uber. We will definitely be back!

What you see on VRBO is exactly what this home looks like. Great use of space - super clean (which is very important to me). It’s a perfect location for so many of the things you would want to do. Easy walking distance to Downtown Branson (about 2 blocks) Walking distance for most to Branson landing or take the free Trolley which is only 1 block away (limited hours) and finally easy and close access To HWY 76 where so many of the restaurants, shows and attraction are) This will be the place we would stay when we come again!
