Building entrance was like a basement and smelly. There was a PVC door of the room which doesn't feel safe. Heating was provided with an external electrical unit which is noisy that makes harder to sleep.

The apartment is beautiful. Just like in the pictures. It's close to the old town, so lot of shops are available with a short walk. Parking can be difficult during the day, but we found it was like that anywhere close to the old town. After 8 pm more paking spots become available close to the flat. I would recommend this flat and would come back.

Very difficult for parking but not only this property sinceはは it's in central. We stayed with kids and mini dog for 9 nights and loved their interior and enough space to feel comfortable. One thing note that there's no grills and oven only microwave/electric kettle/coffee maker so you cannot cook except microwave meals or warm it up. Except kitchen, commute was very good, carrefour xpress and restaurants are 2-5mins walk and central/old city, Tampa telecabina/mountain areas and property owner response were very quick and kind!

The studio apartment is very beautiful, it was clean and the location is convenient. But there are some things to improve: 1) communication, as in other hotels/ residences instructions of the arrival can be shared on advance via hotels . You will no receive any information on advance , the residence has no name on the door or anything , and then you will need to call the owner , which is an issue if you have no roaming or depends on public WiFi. To receive instructions the only way is via WhatsApp and not everyone has it. 2). The floor hitting at the room cannot be regulated and the room was very hot.

Fair value for money but stinks

The location is convenient and the flat is comfortable enough for three people for the price charged. Easy key location system, and good communication from the host. However, there was a strong smell from the pipes in the toilet, it really stank. We flushed the toilet several times and open the sink and shower taps, but the smell kept coming back. Extremely difficult to park. Walkable to town centre.

Central option for Brasov

An apartment of sorts, it was missing a few things like bowls and a tea towel (to dry the dishes). Other than that, it was spacious and well kept. There is a bit of an odour in the bathroom, but suspect that's either the water or the drain. Quite common in Europe we find, especially when the bathroom is purely internal with no external ventilation. Parking is available on any street around Brasov, you can use the TPark app to pay. Free from 6pm-8am and then you pay for any hours parked within 8am-6pm. I can understand some of the reviews that made mention of the parking, as on the webpage it has slightly conflicting information e.g., Parking and transport Off-site parking within 1 ft (EUR 5 per day) Street parking available But then if you go down to the FAQ it says: Is parking offered on site at 92 Residence? No, unfortunately. However, there's street parking available. The offsite parking it refers to, is what I just mentioned above. 24 hours in zone 0 is 24 RON. You might have to hunt around a bit, but you'll eventually find something within 500m or so of the apartment - it's pretty chaotic on the streets! The location is good and is very central for wandering around the centre.

Beautiful location in the center of the old town of Brasov. We booked at the last minute and it all worked out. The room is very large and nicely furnished. we would come back anytime.

I attempted to cancel this reservation within 10 minutes and both Hotels.com and the hotel denied me. A glitch in the reservation system made me try to book this 3 times. By the 3rd attempt the month was wrong. The reply from the hotel was "It's your Reservation " nothing more.

The apartment is really well located, just around the corner of the central square and with view to the park, very close to the cable car. It had a good size and was well kept. Unfortunately, it was a bit limited regarding cooking options - just a microwave, no hob/oven, no water kettle for tea/coffee, limited cutlery. But we liked it a lot there.

Semi-basement at very reasonable price

The property was exactly as advertised, and 500m from the city center. Except that you will only receive the code in the afternoon of your check in. You can see a street in one of the pictures - the windows are at street level. This street is a dead-end with almost no car traffic (and it leads to a nice promenade). In the corner of the building there is a coffee shop that put loud music at 8AM - be warned!.
