"We had such a relaxing and amazing stay at Breeze Beach Front in Surfside Beach, Texas. We booked Room #6 for our family of four, and it was perfect for us. The room had a comfortable king-size bed and a convertible sofa bed with a beautiful beach view. The patio was absolutely stunning, it directly overlooked the beach and the Gulf of America. Waking up to that view was truly refreshing. The room was nice and clean, and we really appreciated the mini cooktop, complete utensils, plates, bowls, cups, cookware, refrigerator, and microwave. It made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. They also offer RV parking, which is a great option for travelers. The location is perfect ,nearby restaurants are just minutes away. It’s pet-friendly and kid-friendly, which made it even more ideal for our family trip. The owner was very kind and accommodating, regularly checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. That personal touch made a big difference. We will surely come back!"

"Directions to the house were easy to understand. The check-in process was also easy. The house is within walking distance of a few local restaurants. Definitely bring mosquito spray!! I didn’t realize how bad the mosquitoes would be in Feb! We really, really enjoyed the backyard beach access as well as the back porch/balcony. We spent lot of our time sitting on the back porch, just watching the waves. We had a great weekend!"

"We loved the property. There were just a few glitches The light in the pink bedroom with one bunk bed is burned out and I didn't realize that my earbuds had fallen out until I got home since it was dark in the room and plugging a lamp in to turn off/on is not kosher. The only BIG complaint is that when we went to load the dishwasher the smell rotten fish permeated the whole top floor. We ran an empty cycle but it made one of our people sick it was so bad. Also the garbage disposal stank. Cleaning crew needs to check both It’s sad some vacationers do that to properties The battery for the remote for the fireplace is dead; not that big of a deal since one member has a similar fireplace so knew where controls are located but someone else might not. We got a kick out of the elevator I would like my earbuds back if found Thank you so much for the amenities"

"I booked this property through VRBO, but all communication was handled through Vacasa. The VRBO app never showed important details like the address, and I had to download the Vacasa app in order to check in and access basic information.Several amenities were closed due to the off-season, which was not disclosed in the listing. I also attempted to extend our stay by one day, but my request was never acknowledged or answered.There is a camera positioned outside the spare bedroom window, which felt uncomfortable and should be clearly disclosed. Additionally, the property is not beachfront as implied—there are two buildings in front of it and it is a short walk to the beach. During our stay, the property manager left a large note on our car for backing into the parking space, despite there being no signage and us being the only occupants in the building.While the unit itself was nice, the lack of communication and customer service both before and during our stay significantly impacted the experience and made it not worth the price. "
