Enjoy the prime location of this 2 bedroom condo on Park Ave. Downtown Breckenridge restaurants and shops are within walking distance of our front door. Park in our underground parking and leave your car there for your entire stay. An energetic walk will take you to the QuickSilver Super6 Lift or 50 steps to catch the free bus to Peak 8 or 9. Ski-in from the 4 O'Clock Run ending with a short walk to the condo or proceed onto the Apres Ski bars and enjoy the nightlife. The 1,138 sq. ft. first floor condo is remodeled with new carpet, granite countertop, new appliances, and electronics. Ski or hike all day and come back and relax in the hot tub right next door. Downtown Breckenridge is at your doorstep.
High speed internet access is available. Relax in front of the wood burning fireplace after a day of skiing, hiking, biking, and shopping. Large living room, dining room, and breakfast bar. Master features a queen bed, private bath, and TV. Second bedroom has single bed and a set of bunk beds, TV, and DVD player for the kids to watch movies or play games. A queen sofa sleeper, and love seat sleeper allow for additional sleeping. There is a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. On site indoor hot tub and sauna. A covered community heated pool is within a half block brisk outdoor walk. Showers, lockers, and changing area are provided. Cook up some steaks on the grill on the community patio or make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a glass of wine to soft music from the stereo or party hearty, your choice. TV's are in all the rooms.
Breckenridge and Summit County provide year round activities. Use Breckenridge as your base to ski or shuttle over to Keystone, Copper Mountain, or Vail. Cross country ski from the Nordic Center just up the hill. The Breck Recreation Center provides tennis, swimming, indoor rock climbing, weights, running, and exercise equipment all at an extremely low price for the individual or family. Summer months you can fish The Blue or hike to the sky-whatever your pleasure may be. Bike or hike the many trails in the area-from Breck to Vail via maintained paths. Public golf courses are available in Breck, Keystone (2), Copper Mtn., and Vail. Summer outdoor concerts with local and visiting artists. Shopping is available at the resort or the outlet mall in Silverthorne. Gambling is only an hour away.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Had every amenity you could want. Host was very good at responding to questions. This was the third time we have stayed with John and love his condo.
Loved the grill area and the hot tubs. The apartment is on the first floor of the building and is walkable to the slopes. Perfect location for those looking to walk.
This was the perfect location for a ski trip in Breckenridge. The condo has plenty of room and we were thankful for the underground parking. Highly recommend.
This was our second time to stay in this condo. It is perfect for a family stay. Heated garage, luggage trolley, elevator, and bus stop just across the street! Will stay again.
We had a great time staying at this condo. The condo itself has very cozy mountain cabin vibes. Having the underground parking spot was great for loading and unloading the car. The location is fantastic with easy walkable access to the shops and restaurants on Main Street, the nearby ski lift, and the free shuttle stop across the street. We would happily stay here again.

The living area is very comfortable and inviting. Kitchen has many pantry staples that allowed us to buy only the main ingredients for dinner prep. Hot tubs down the hall. The location is excellent.. Bus stop across the street.
Everything was perfect! Location was great proximity to everything, made it nice to not have to drive! Hot tub and pool were a bonus. The extra items throughout the condo were a nice addition (seasonings, hot chocolate, extra blankets, etc.) Communication was 100%, very appreciative of that!!!
The condo was close to everything — restaurants, shops, ski rental. Easy shuttle bus across the street to peak 7&8. We didn’t familiarize ourselves before going to Quicksilver chairlift and had to walk further to Beaver run. We enjoyed our stay and the hot tubs.

Perfect spot! Ten min walk to the village and ski lifts. Huge living room and dining room. Awesome kitchen with everything we needed plus more. Took the kids sledding right outside the condo. Walked to Main Street in 5 min. Absolutely perfect spot! Not one single complaint.Amazing wood burning fireplace. Awesome hot tubs and a cedar sauna. It was perfect.

Great condo with easy access to town. 5-10 minute walk to quicksilver chair. Had everything needed. two hot tubs and a sauna within complex and an outdoor pool that can be used within a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Brec.
We stayed here for our family’s annual ski trip. Condo was perfect size for our family of 4. Kids had their own beds, living room was spacious and it was nice having the large dinning room table. Kitchen was well stocked as well. We enjoyed the hot tubs just down the hall as well as the outdoor pool and hot tubs just up the street. Walk to the quicksilver lift takes less than 10 minutes which was perfect. You can walk a block and half and be on Main Street as well to enjoy the shops and dinning options.Owners were great at communication and we had everything we needed prior to arrival. We would recommend this condo and would stay again during our next visit to Breckenridge!
The location of this condo was amazing, walk to quicksilver lift or walk to shuttle to peak 7, 8, nordic center or Gondola. Walk to restaurants and village shops. The condo is cozy with a wood burning fireplace. Kitchen has all the amenities for quick meals. Down the hall are hot tubs and sauna. Walk to heated outdoor community pool. Priced great. Owner was responsive and easy. Would love to stay here again.
