Great property, well presented and very clean. Ideally located for exploring the Brecon Beacons, and the village is lovely. The pub opposite is particularly convenient, welcoming and well-priced. The walled garden, just a short hop across the shared gravel driveway was secure and ideal for the dog. Would highly recommend.
Excellent booking and communication with Filippo and Jayne who allowed us to bring our two springer spaniels to stay with us. The barn is exactly as per the pictures and is so well equipped it had everything we needed. The location is excellent and we were able to visit the beacons and the beach on the Gower (where I was born). A lovely relaxing break and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you Filippo & Jayne.
Excellent little barn conversion immediately opposite a pub. What's not to like? Exactly as described in the listing. Great location for walks in the Brecons
Clean, comfortable, and charming. The property is pretty and well appointed, with easy parking and a both a fenced in main grounds and a fenced garden within, which was ideal as we travelled with our dogs. Very pet friendly. Great communication from the owners ahead of our visit, and the handy home instruction manual made operating the heating and all appliances easy. The town itself is great, from the walk down to the lake, to the pub across the street which has great food and is also very pet friendly. So many trailheads for beautiful hikes in Brecon Beacon within a short drive. We loved our time here.
The barn is a very comfortable property that had everything we needed. Excellent location for walks in area especially Llangorse lake. Great communication with owners. An excellent break for us.
A lovely 3 day break ! Nice & quiet, the way I like it. Very clean & tidy accommodation, took emtb & took in the sights of the nearby lake & waterfalls in brecon.
Loved the barn, really spacious and beautifully decorated. Amazing shower and kitchen facilities and beds were very comfy.
Didn't spend too much time in the little garden ~ couldn't really see/hear the stream from the garden but it may have been very low as we were there during a heatwave week.
Easy to get around the Brecons which are outstanding.
The pictures do not full do this property justice! It is much bigger than it might look with plenty of space for the pair of us and the dog.
Both bedrooms are a really good size and comfortably fit the king beds.
Upstairs is also big and airy. Getting the heating just right when cold took some getting used to, but when we read the advice in the guest book it made more sense!
Beautiful location, great facilities and just so peaceful. Brecon is a short drive away for all your supplies and the nearby lake is a 10min walk and well worth a visit.
An excellent property and we will be booking here again next time we want to stay in mid Wales.

Lovely walks close to the barn which are well maintained and signposted.
The barn is lovely and cosy and well maintained. The owners had provided a lots of local information which was really helpful and kept us updated throughout. We had a really relaxing time and come home relaxed and rejuvenated 😀
Property was not as clean as it should have been. The main bedroom smelt very damp and clothes picked up the smell despite keeping all windows open as
Much as possible
