Nice from the outside and a good restaurant, but the room was poor. No A/C, only a cheap mobile fan which had no ability to cool the room to a reasonable temperature. Cheap and hard foam mattress which did not allow for air circulation and instead reflected the body heat back up so I felt I slept on a griddle. Not a single night out of three did I get a good rest. Woke up constantly due to heat and uncomfortable mattress. After complaining, I received a second mobile unit which made it slightly better but did not keep me from sweating. Overall all cheap furniture, not a picture on the wall and a dirty shower stall. Bought a bottle of water from the reception since there was no store near by and was charged 7.90 Euros for what the grocery store charges 90 cents. When voicing my objection, the clerk just said, I don’t set the prices. Absolutely ridiculous. When checking out, the receptionist could not care less, never asked if my stay was good or not. If I had not paid in advance for 3 nights, I would have left after day one. No refund, so I stayed. First and last time at this hotel. Would not recommend it to anybody.

Fint Hotel med vatten läge.

Mkt fint hotel, vackert beläget vid vattnet. Blev uppgraderade till ett kanonfint rum med balkong då de såg att utrymme fanns. Bra restaurang och fin frukost. Trevlig personal. Få gäster då det var lågsäsong.

Ich wurde sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Zimmer gross, sauber , Blick auf die Weser. Ok!! Bad auf den ersten Blick altertümlich, aber egal für eine Nacht. Leider war es jedoch in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht ab. Noch schlimmer: aus der Dusche kam so gut wie kein Wasser. Und das, was kam , entweder kochend heiss oder eiskalt . Sehr unschön!!! Ich kann so einen schlechten Zustand überhaupt nicht begreifen. Das war leider sein Geld nicht wert.

Man kann leider den Geruch nicht auf Foto/Video festhalten. Im zimmer roch nach alter nasser Wäsche... Zimmer getauscht: ja, besser... etwas... in der Beschreibung: fabelhaftes Frühstück. Realität: 8 verschiede sorten von Müsli, jeweils zwei Sorten von Brötchen, Käse und Wurst.... braune Bananen und.... obwohl genügend freie große Tische vorhanden, wird man mit 5 Personen an einen 4er Tisch gesetzt..... Fazit: nie wieder für das Geld. Man fühlt sich ausgenutzt....

Den Zimmern fehlr der Sonnenschutz, das Hotel war extrem aufgeheizt bei normaler Sommertemperatur. Dazu laseb sich die Fenster nur einen Spalt weit öffnen, eine Klimaanlage fehlt. Die Hotellobby und das Restaurant ist exklusiev, habe gleich eine Zusatznacht ge bucht. Die Ernüchterung war die Wärme im Zimmer und das Personal in norddeutscher Kälte, obwohl alles Ausländer.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Weserblick und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich, lecker, eine tolle Auswahl und die „Frühstücksfee“ war sehr aufmerksam und bemüht um unser Wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
