"Waited 40 minutes for shuttle from airport to hotel (had to call twice). Only one elevator was working. Coffee in lobby was warm and probably not fresh. Property is not convenient walking for food, we opted for food from their little store. Bed was comfortable and shuttle to airport was on time "

"A warm musty scent hit me as soon as I opened the door to my room. The room furniture seems not to have been updated since the 1990s. The carpet in my room felt very uncomfortable to me, I spread out clean towels and walked on them instead, and the furniture was overly large, dark, and oppressive. The bathroom has also not been updated. I have an allergy that gets exacerbated by poor air quality, and this allergy was set off overnight at the hotel. I had a nonrefundable stay for three nights, but left after one night. The staff were just great!!—a high point—absolutely up to the Hyatt Regency standard. But the overall ambience definitely was not up to the Hyatt Regency standard. I wonder how this hotel name could be on this hotel. The goldfish in the lobby were a fun, cool feature. But I will never stay here again. The self-parking was dark and kind of scary. There was a security car part-time at the self-parking, but it disappeared later in the evening. I don’t spend money on a hotel to feel less comfortable than I do at my own home. I was truly disappointed. "

"No, it did not work. The hot tub did not work at all. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable. I did enjoy my stay."

"Staff was ok. They do not run a shuttle all day. Room was gross. Walls were falling apart under window, shower had used bandages stuck to ceiling. Room only had 3 towels because of a shortage? Food delivery was left sitting out in lobby. Fire alarms were going off all day into the evening. They did not have a restaurant onsite like stated on the website. We arrived on Thursday and were scheduled to check out on Monday, we left on Friday. "

"We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. That was the main reason we booked our stay. Beds were not comfortable either. Shower water pressure was good and front desk staff was friendly. The hotel overall needs a little TLC. "
