"The hotel is very lovely. It has a very impressive and stately entrance with beautiful flowers and an attractive clock. The lobby is beautiful, and the heated pool was delightful. The room was spacious and the temperature control was sensitive and efficient. My only complaint was that there was a strong smell of mildew in the third floor hallway. Fortunately, it did not seep into the room which would have ruined the experience. I found it surprising that a hotel of this caliber would have a noticeable and disagreeable smell in the hallway."

"Had an issue with a smoke smell in the bathroom when we first checked it but the gentleman working the desk at night was super helpful and resolved the issue quickly and pleasantly. Pool was nice and they offered food service which was an added bonus. The ladies working at the bar/restaurant were wonderful too. They have great people working at this location, would return just for the ease and pleasure of interacting with all of them."

"Bahia principe continues to be one of the best resorts to stay in Jamaica. This was my third time there and I had a great time as always. Food was good, entertainment was awesome, and the place was clean, staff was great. Went to the spa for treatments. That girls were very accommodating. I love it. If only they would hook me up the next time I’m there or send me a coupon in the mail."
