"We planned to stay for 6 nights, so I asked at the desk the first night to have our rooms cleaned daily. They said they would. On the fourth night it was not done. On another night the pull-out couch bed was not made though the two double beds were. The coffee machine was not restocked nor were clean paper cups provided when some were used."
