"The property itself, and the staff were fantastic. I also prepaid for breakfast, and that was excellent. To be clear, I have no qualms about the property or the staff. However, it’s the area itself, which can be a little sketchy. The intercontinental hotel across the street appears to be fenced off. There’s an empty lot down the street where there were lots of homeless people hanging out. It’s not exactly the safest place particularly for women I don’t think. Would I stay here again? Probably because the location is good. Would I want my wife to stay here without me? Nope"

"I had a very bad experience with Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport. I booked 4 rooms through Hotels.com and later cancelled the bookings as per the cancellation policy. I also received cancellation confirmation from Hotels.com. However, the Hyatt staff is not accepting the cancellation and is still asking for payment for all 4 rooms. Additionally, an amount was deducted from my credit card without my knowledge or approval. I am extremely disappointed with the way this issue has been handled. The hotel staff was not cooperative or humble during the discussion, and I did not expect such poor customer service from Hyatt. Thanks"

"This was my favorite hotel of many on this trip. Rooms were great! Hotel is clean and in the perfect location for walking. The breakfast was a little disappointing. Even an hour before it was finished there would be no eggs or meat left. The pancake machine was set to make the smallest pancakes. It took forever! However, I would definitely stay here again."
