The hotel is tired and dated. The decor is old fashioned and there are parts of the hotel that are in need of updating or repair, especially the area near the ski locker room. There is a lack of atmosphere in the hotel, which is a shame as it could be a great place. It is in a great location for the ski lift, and the rooms were comfortable and showers were good.

Shockingly bad!

Absolutely shocking! Don’t stay here it’s a scam. They wait for you to pay, then after you have paid they tell you about all of the issues with the hotel. Whilst we were there it had no hot water and was dirty. They then informed us that they couldn’t provide a refund. They also initially said parking was free then tried to charge £10 per night. We had to stay somewhere else and are still chasing up a refund

Séjour très agréable

Très satisfaits de notre séjour de 3 nuits. Une chambre spacieuse avec un grand lit, bonne literie. Grande salle de bain propre. La chambre est calme donnant sur le torrent et non sur la rue, avec vue sur la montagne. Un petit-déjeuner buffet très complet, varié et copieux. Personnel accueillant.

Hôtel qui se décrépit totalement

Hôtel anciennement prestigieux mais dans un état d’abandon assez triste. Les chambres sont d’un autre temps et défraîchies , il faudrait une rénovation complète. Le ménage était fait à la va vite (des poils pubiens traînaient dans la salle de bain). Les équipements (piscine, spa) étaient hors service. Il manquait le sèche-cheveux et les télécommandes des tv (il a fallu quémander). Quel dommage … la vue était belle et le petit déjeuner bon

Catastrophique..

Une catastrophe de mon arrivée à mon départ. Ma chambre était collée à celle je suppose d’un employé (porte privé) musique forte l’après midi et j’ai eu la joie d’être réveillée en pleine nuit par une petite fête improvisée. Service au restaurant plus que moyen pour le standing proposé. On sent une grand désorganisation des équipes, un manque de formation et de professionnalisme sur tous les points. Toiles de poussières dans la chambre et pas de chauffage j’ai du le mettre à fond pour avoir une once de chaleur dans la pièce au bout de plusieurs heures. Environnement dans lequel je ne me suis pas sentie à l’aise. Pour finir après mon départ j’ai eu le droit à un appel de l’établissement m’informant que je n’avais pas payé mon repas du soir étonnant puisque celui-ci a bien été payé j’ai d’ailleurs demandé une facture qui a mis un bon quart d’heure à arriver car le personnel ne savait pas comment faire.. au prix de la prestation c’est très décevant et la prochaine fois j’éviterai cet établissement
