Wonderful service and incredibly comfortable

A lovely chalet amongst the trees a lazy 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Bright CBD. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the little self contained studio is warm, quaint and all one needs for a cosy comfortable stay. Love this property!😊 Friends were delayed getting away & I asked for a late checkout while waiting their arrival to resume our journey to Mt Hotham. The most amazing courtesy was extended to us and we were offered as late as we needed at no extra cost. All I can say is we are deeply appreciative of this kindness and I wholeheartedly recommend this great property.

As the advertising stated the property was "Luxurious Chalets." Upon arriving they were far from luxurious. Arriving for check in about ten10 minutes early, we stood around no one appeared. The surrounding grounds that were once beautiful but now very overgrown in in desperate need of maintenance. The cabins were very clean but very small, almost too small for 2 people. No where to store suitcases. All the basic requirements except clothes dryer. Very small screen and not a smart television. Car parking was the same very small carports not big enough for 2 large SUV's, I don't know what would happen if all units were full as there is not enough parking spaces. The cabin we were in was surrounded by large trees and had a very big tree branch sitting on top of the roof, so when the wind came up it was very noisy rubbing on top of the cabin, and also I might add quite dangerous if strong wind were to happen. Approx. 4 Klm's from Bright and restaurants, hotels etc. Access to the cabins were via an unmade path and quite a distance from the car park.
