A very clean and cozy room for a one night stay! We arrived before check-in and the staff was super nice & gave us the room early. Similarly at check-out, they offered to hold our luggage while we took one more walk round the city. Simple room, but has everything you could need & it's in a perfect location! Close to train station & everything else Brighton has to offer :)

Cant thank The cappadocia guest house more for our stay, what a lovely place and friendly helpful staff. The food is amazing too, really enjoyed our snacks yesterday evening and breakfast was perfect and great portion sizes. Ideal location for central brighton.

Cons: Every time I tried to open the outside door when returning, I couldn’t get it to open and had to either ask cafe staff, or strangers for help. As a solo female traveller, it stressed me out so much that I ended up checking out a day early and forking out for another hotel to actually enjoy my final day/night. - TLDR: please get a new lock to the outside door. The water also kept cutting out, first time of which I was mid shower. Tap had same issue. Pros: Good location with lots of shops and restaurants/cafes. Short walk to train station or down to the coastline. Air conditioning.

Room was at the top of flight of 5 stairs but nice room everything nice clean tidy comfortable bed ceiling fan worked better than the aircon the most amazing staff the lady here was just so lovely friendly recommend higly
