This seafront Apartment has stunning unobstructed panoramic views of the beach & sea from both the lounge and 2nd bedroom to the south, east and west. You also have sea and garden views from the master bedroom and its private En-suite toilet. The location couldn't be more perfect. Right on the seafront with all of the beautiful views that that brings and just a short walk from most of the central attractions. Brighton Pier, The Sealife Centre, Kemp Town, The Lanes and The Royal Pavilion are all just a couple of minutes walk away and The Brighton centre, Churchill Square shopping Centre and i360 viewing tower are all within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment itself has its own private off street parking space for guests to park 1 car at the front of the building so ideal for guests wanting to hire a car for days out. Inside the apartment you will find top quality furnishings and appliances by the likes of Neff, Elica, Seimens and Samsung. The Master bedroom is elegantly furnished with a French style King bed topped with an award winning Sealy Nostromo posturepedic pillow top mattress and matching furniture. Plantation style shutters adorn the windows providing the perfect balance between light and privacy. The room is finished off with remote controlled dimmable lighting and a plush luxury silver carpet. A fully tiled En-suite toilet with window is attached to this room. The 2nd bedroom has a window with direct sea views. A 40 inch HD tv sits on the wall at the foot of the bed so that guests can both watch Tv and stare out of the window to the sea and Brighton Pier at the same time. The room has a full length mirror and solid oak furniture finished off with a luxury carpet and dimmable remote controlled lighting. The Lounge and Kitchen are open plan and both have been finished to a high standard. The kitchen comprises of fully integrated appliances including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, full fridge-freezer and a top of the line full sized wifi controllable oven/microwave. There is also a Neff induction hob with extractor hood above and 1.5 bowl sink inset in to the beautiful Tiger Walnut worktops and the usual little extras like a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen area has colour changing LED lights under the kitchen cabinets. The remote control for them is kept in the coffee table drawer. The lounge area has solid wood flooring which flows through to the hallway. At the front of the room is a fantastic bay window offering widespread panoramic views of the beach and sea in all directions. Sitting in the bay is a solid oak extending dining table and 4 chairs. On top of the table is a professional telescope to have some fun with! The leather sofa can seat up to 5 people and also serves as a King sized sofa bed for 2 guests. In front of this a small solid oak coffee table with 2 drawers housing the rooms remote control for the tv and also instructions for using the telescope. Opposite there is a 65 inch smart HD Samsung tv on the wall. The main bathroom if fully tiled with natural stone tiles and has a full sized shower with a rain and waterfall showerhead above & separate hand held attachment. The mirror is LED lit at the touch of a button. Finally you can find a hoover, iron & board & sofa bedding in the hall cupboard for your use. This is also where the water stop cock and power trip switches are located. The apartment entrance hall has a shelf with the WIFI router and heating thermostat, door entry system and spare key for the communal front door above. A CCTV camera monitors outside the apartment entrance.

My family and I stayed here for one night while visiting from California. It was amazing to have a parking space and the view can't be beat. The flat itself was nice and had what we needed it to have for our one night stay. We could walk to the pier, beach, restaurants and shopping. It was a great location.
The property is right on the seafront only a few minutes walk from the pier, and includes a parking space for one car, which is like gold dust in Brighton!
The flat itself is comfortable and decorated to a high standard, with everything you need for a short stay. We would definitely book this property again for a long weekend. Highly recommended.
A lovely place and the host Lee was brilliant and really quick to respond to any queries, however I'm not sure who cleans the place. The basic cleaning was good, but there is a lot of mould in the shower, the cupboards under the bathroom and kitch sink were really dirty and the rubber at the top as you open the freezer was black with dirt and dust. The place needs a good deep clean with bleach and viakal. Not sure if its on the ad, but the stairs are quite narrow, but all good for us. Id definitely stay here again as the views are stunning and the location is 100% but not until I knew it'd had a deep clean as this is well overdue.
I cannot stop thinking about our time in Brighton. This flat was perfectly located with an absolutely incredible view. I'm already thinking about returning next summer. Lee was a communicative host and I really appreciate that! Your place is really amazing.
Best one night stay. This apartment is self sufficient and succinct. We enjoyed the sea side view and the over view of the boardwalk. The cost was appropriate.
