The layout of the room is very warm and comfortable, and all facilities are complete. The landlord also thoughtfully prepared cookies, milk, coffee, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here."

"We had a wonderful long weekend in this property and certainly hope to return sometime in the future. The garden was absolutely beautiful and my grand children loved it , the views were terriffic. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotbtub was great after endless walks around Brighton. The property was very close to Brighton which was handy."

"A lovely flat in a great location. The only thing that let it down was the communal hallway, which was very dirty and had a lot of rotting rubbish left at the bottom of the stairs. It was very smelly, with flies buzzing about and this took the edge off the stay. Property manager was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. Would stay again if the communal area was sorted. "
