"This flat wins on the front room alone. The huge window and balcony with a sea view is perfect. Facilities within the flat were great, no complaints. Everything was clean and orderly. The bed was very comfy, even for us who both have back issues. The entrance hall does not represent the flat (a little underwhelming) but don’t let that put you off. Highly recommended and will book again! "

"The area was quiet and nice. Unless I misread I was unaware of the shared bathroom across 6 guest rooms. Bathroom was always clean however."

"On the plus side, the property was clean, the communication excellent, and the free parking a bonus. The location is great during the day, close to shops, the pier and restaurants but a big negative is at night the noise was unbearable. Drunken revelers in the streets every single night and none of us could get a good night's sleep. Also, the mattresses were too soft, the pillows flimsy, and only one towel per person. "

"Very good location in central Brighton (but worth expecting city noise because of this!).Flat was extremely clean and customer service of the management company was especially good - quick and helpful replies to all my questions!Parking space a couple of streets over was an added bonus, but worth getting the train if you can as driving in Brighton not the easiest.Would recommend to others and if in Brighton again would check here first."
