"Once again staying at a Holiday Inn Express and their air con was ‘temporarily’ not working - the one in Portsmouth has been temporary for about three years! Other than that great"

"The hotel was lovely - such a relaxing atmosphere and lovely rooms. The staff were super friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is ideal - 15 minute walk in a straight line from the station, over the road from the beach and 5 minutes to the lanes. This was the best hotel spa I’ve ever been to - well worth the extra £10 to use. Large swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, two hot tubs, sauna, steam room and calm chill out area. Will definitely be visiting again!"
