"Rooms were ok, beds not super comfortable but lockers quite big - some of them weren’t working tho. Breakfast was awesome, buffet style with lots to choose from. The ladies running the breakfast and cleaning is lovely, so sweet and trying their best to communicate through google translate. The lady in the reception is not very nice and was being rude to me during my stay, for absolutely no reason. She doesn’t speak a word of English either so really hard to communicate - I know English is rare...

"We had the most wonderful stay at Casas Brancas Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The hotel’s breathtaking views over the bah are truly amazing — especially at sunset from the pool area. Our room was beautifully designed, peaceful, and clean. The attention to detail throughout the property, from the decor to the service, reflects the care and pride the team puts into creating an exceptional experience. A very special thank you to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect — always ready with a smile. Big shout out to the breakfast staff as the menu and options were some of the best we have ever had. Casas Brancas is truly a gem in BĂșzios. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already planning our return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for elegance, tranquility, and world-class hospitality."
