I have used wotif.com for years. This is the first time I have been referred o to a third party provider which I am not happy about. There were too many steps to book through 3 different sites and too many instructions. I prefer staffed reception service. We found access difficult. The room needs some maintenance including shower head and kettle. Parking was very hard to find
