The unit has good vibes, lots of large windows with outlook into the greenery of the backyard, well equipped pantry and supplies.

The unit has access to shared laundry and well maintained backyard. The parking is on the street - it’s available plenty, safe and free. Also possibility to park within property upon request at extra costs ($10/night paid via airbnb) and at your own risk due to narrow lane.

The unit is on the ground floor, no stairs to climb.
We are close to the centre, but in a gorgeous residential areas with large Queenslanders and little traffic. No excessive noise is welcome as our neighbours are friendly, private and quiet.
Only a short stroll from the local shopping centre (Australia Post, bottle, grocery, bakery shops, hairdresser and a petrol station 200m from the property).

Self check in via lock box at the entry to the unit . The code is provided at 11am on the check in day.

Message on Airbnb app between 8am and 10pm unless it’s an emergency.
