I stayed in the caravan on the roof as it was something a little different. The hotel inside looked nice and clean. The outside on the rooftop did let it down. Just lacked a nit of maintenance. The caravan itself was nice and cozy with a really good shower although small but i didnt expect it to be. Plenty of options for food in the area plus they serve breakfast. Overall really good value for money. Parking is a short walk and costs £15 but i knew that prior

Quiet and clean. Comfy bed. Staff were super helpful and friendly! I only stayed one night, which was fine. Without a desk in the room, I would have struggled if staying more than one night. A bit tricky to locate, towing a suitcase.

Hidden Gem

Wasnt expecting much but due to price comparison for a city centre hotel outweighed booking this 'guest house", my expectations went straight out of the window. Clean, very friendly and excellent service, both business people and families, suits all in this hidden gem within the city centre.

An okay stay, but not great for business

The place looks lovely, and is nicely decorated. Shower was great, and bathroom enough space. However I banged my leg several times on the bed, as the space around it is super close to the TV stand. The bed matress is quite soft, which isn't ideal for me, but many others might love. My biggest issue was that the WIFI was non existent in the evening of my stay and in the morning the day after so I had to keep connecting up my phone to laptop to work. All is all, it is a nice enough place, but very little space, and not ideal at all if you are a business traveller.

Very friendly and helpful lady on reception. Guest house was in a great location with easy access to local amenities. Very clean and room was cosy with everything we needed. Food was very good at breakfast with lots of options freshly made to order by the chef. Highly recommend and on our next visit to Bristol will definitely stay here. A hidden gem

Excellent location for our son’s wedding.Less than 100yds. As it was the Easter weekend it was quite loud in the evening. Bedrooms were tight but comfortable and clean. Shower/ bathroom were very small but adequate. Excellent breakfast in the morning.

Ideally situated, fab hotel

We loved the quirkiness of this hotel. Ideally situated for the O2 Academy(where we were going) lots of pubs and restaurants nearby too. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean and comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee in room, usually only get a couple. Pretty courtyard garden and an honesty bar whjch was well stocked. Definitely staying here again next time I am in Bristol and may try the Retro caravans on the roof instead of a standard room. Highly recommend Brooks guesthouse!
