This is a lovely place to stay with with bright clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection. There was waitress service and the dining lounge was pleasant. My only reservation is that there is no emergency phone number at night should guests need to contact staff but overall I would be happy to use this hotel again.

The property was not as advertised. We arrived at 8pm and there were no staff in the hotel at all. The restaurant was shut as was the bar. A sign at the reception stated that the restaurant was only open Thursday to Saturday inc. The following morning was better. The staff were attentive and the breakfast was well cooked and tasty.

We use this hotel as it is conveniently placed to visit friends in Keynsham for a yearly reunion. The hotel has friendly helpful staff and the breakfast is always of a good standard. The parking is good, the room very clean. Just one observation was the blind in the bathroom in our room 10 could be better but not a big issue.

Location is perfect, close to lots of things to do and see. The staff are all very nice and friendly, can't folt them at all. The room we stayed in could do with a bit of an upgrade in the bathroom and a freshen up but it was still a nice enough stay. Food was beautiful, dining room was very clean and nicely presented. Would highly recommend.

Lovely food and a reasonable stay

A one night stay whilst visiting Bath and Bristol. A little bit dated in corridors and our room. Had a lovely evening meal in their restaurant and breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful we would stay again.
