Royal National Hotel

"Great receptionists . I had awful experience at other hotel, so I rebooked to Royal and the receptionist (male with curly hair) was fantastic and treated us with complimentary breakfast for my moms 60th bday. Lil touch but made our stay more enjoyable. The property is clean, she sheets / bed are really comfortable ( perfect after long day in London ). The only thing is the bathrooms slightly updated. Overall great experience."

"Loved how clean and modern this was. A hostel atmosphere can always be a little scary but sleeping in the capsules was surprisingly Guy quiet and peaceful. And the location is unbeatable. My only complaint was the cost to store a big suitcase. My room rate was £60, but a locker to store my suitcase was £25 per day, which is excessive and unreasonable. I stayed there for a week, so I spent nearly 200 USD just to store my luggage. I probably will not stay here again if I have to store a big suitcase."

"This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. The room was spacious for the price. Our only issue was a somewhat unpleasant smell in the room, which appeared to be plumbing related. Assuming not all rooms have this issue I’d highly recommend it."

"Our first visit to London and we stayed at the St Jame's Taj was a great centralized location. We had the best time. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is a boutique feel. It was perfect! We will definitely stay here again!"
Point A London Kings Cross - St Pancras

"American writing about a trip to London. Don't know how big bathrooms usually are in the UK, but the hotel bathroom was pretty small. A little awkward getting in the shower since the sink was in the way. Outside of that, everything was nice. 5 minute walk to train station was nice and convenient. Would stay again if I find myself back in the UK."

"I had a great stay at the Tower Hotel. The only hiccup I had during my trip was that the outlets kept going out (even to just charge my phone with an adapter). I had to call maintenance to my room around 6-8 times during my 7 day stay. Maintenance was super helpful, they didn’t come right away, but nonetheless they would show up eventually to fix the breaker. Not sure if this was due to the construction going on throughout the hotel, if the voltage conversion was failing, or any other reason, but this did cause some annoyance to my stay. Appreciated the hotel’s support nonetheless."
