The space
No steps on this property, both front and rear entry are slightly sloping concrete ramps to entry doors making it very handicap accessible. This place is perfect for all your costal adventures! 1450 Sq. Ft. of high open beam ceilings and hardwood floors, and a prime location steps from the Beach. Walking through the front door you will find the very spacious living room filled with natural light, plush leather sofas, Recliner and a 55 inch smart 4K flat screen TV with YOUTUBE TV programming, all the networks and over 80 other channels and an electric fireplace.
The updated fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room. Prepare your favorite home cooked meals in the kitchen or use the electric smoker outback or the large grill out in the front patio and enjoy the ocean views while barbecuing and eating on the patio.
Enjoy comfortable beds and the extra sunlight and views from the 3 piece French doors in each bedroom. Master bedroom has a 43 inch smart TV with a DVD player and the bedroom has French doors leading to the large front patio.
