"Good points: - check in was easy and simple - Airkeeper, the firm managing the property, were responsive and helpful - good location, 2mins walk from cafe and beach access Bad points: - the property was simply filthy. Cockroaches on the kitchen floor, dirty bin, stains on sofa, mould on the blinds, and (worst of all) mould in the dishwasher. This is not the kind of dirtiness that is just a few missed points on the most recent clean, the whole place needs a deep clean and parts (like the blinds) replacing. Previous reviews saying this weren’t shown when I booked this through Expedia, I should have look at Stayz and other reviews. - no toilet paper - the amount of dust and dirt spiked the asthma of my wife and daughter - although I booked through Expedia, it was a real pain having to complete extras forms and payment processes through Airkeeper (the company that manages the property). Although Airkeeper were responsive when I raised the mould issues, they offered to a) send a cleaner round which wasn’t much use when we were there and b) offered a late checkout, which we didn’t take up cos we wanted to get out of the filthy property asap!
