"Beautiful place, very clean, staff very friendly and food was very good. No pool but thermal suite was good and spa staff were lovely. Only 2 small downfalls, our bed was extremely hard, there was nowhere to get snacks except ordering a meal at the restaurant. Also no room service. But great place and would definitely go back."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience, though there were definitely some highlights. The newly renovated rooms were absolutely fabulous, modern, clean, and very comfortable. They clearly put a lot of thought into the renovation, and it really shows. However, the older part of the hotel could really use some TLC. It felt quite dated in comparison and didn’t match the standard of the newer rooms. On the positive side, breakfast was good with a decent selection, and the staff were consistently very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. Overall, a pleasant stay, especially if you’re lucky enough to be in one of the refurbished rooms."

"Cannot fault this lovely hotel. Just wanted to comment, to be patient with food order. We arrived at 7.30pm, staff where clearly busy, there was also a wedding in the venue. We where not served our starters until 9pm and deserts till after 10pm with a young family this was obviously not ideal. I must comment all food (apart from veggie option) was very good."
