I liked walking into the hotel and no stale smell as found in many locations. I was struck by clean fresh air and the hallways were clean orderly neat . The staff was helpful and friendly responding with a positive attitude . Needed just a one night stay. We arrived in Brownsville to visit family Saturday and would be leaving sunday. The hotel was clean. t The front desk young lady was nice and very detailed. Breakfast was ok, but it was more my fault for going down late for Breakfast, the waffles were pretty much gone
