Unit Layout
You will enjoy a spacious 4-room villa spanning 160 square meters across two levels, with a south-west facing position. The living/dining room is a generous 80 square meters and features cable TV with international channels (flat screen), as well as air conditioning. From this room, you can access the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island. There is also a separate WC on this level. Upstairs, you will find 2 rooms of 15 square meters each, both with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. These rooms have access to a balcony. The third bedroom, also 15 square meters, features a french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC, air conditioning, and a balcony exit. The villa offers floor heating and forced-air heating for your comfort.
