"I arrived 15 minutes early, but was unable to check in, which is very rare in my experience. I was asked to wait while the front desk associate retrieved her manager. When the manager showed up, I watched as another couple checked in after me (still before check in time). Come check in time, the front desk associate completely ignored me. I reproached her after 3pm, and that same front desk associate said she had to get her manager again. After the front desk person left, a different associate (who was not the manager from before), was able to check me in. Mind you, I was in a King studio for $600/night. I should've requested a different room because of the "white noise" from the HVAC units outside. Because the room does not offer free water, I returned to the lobby to retrieve some from the tank next to the front desk. There were no cups. When I asked for one, the front desk associate asked me to wait while she checked in 3+ different guests/parties. I have a medical condition where I can pass out if I don't stay extremely hydrated, so I plopped myself down on the nearest baggage caddy, and waited for my lightheadedness to subside. I did not have the energy to be more assertive. After the guests cleared, I asked again. The associate had cups RIGHT there at her computer. I couldn't believe I was deprioritized when it would've taken seconds. At check out, I handed my key, and gave my last name to the front desk. An hour later, I get a call to confirm I had checked out?"

"The stay was ruined yesterday Mid day. I was in the rear of the hotel next to an exit door in room 114. There were several housekeeping staff outside my room talking and laughing loudly preventing me from sleeping. I had to ask them twice to quiet down. I ended up checking out a day early. Horrible experience "

"it is clean answer stuff is helpful. the amenities are greatly inferior to the price. overpriced for it offers. location is good and rooms are fine, but services are not for the 4 star hotel. won't stay again, too much hype for too little."

"The garden in the backyard is amazing, the cafes and lounge are wonderful. The rooms themselves are fabulous. A main issue we had was that the hotel is under some fairly major construction. At first we were put into a very loud room right in the middle of it with stone saws going off all around the room, but after getting to the room I called down and a lovely woman came and escorted me to another quiet room in a totally different part of the hotel. From there, the stay was quite nice, except that the gorgeous park in the backyard is rendered non-relaxing all day due to the construction above, only nice at night. Would for sure stay here again when the hotel is not under construction."
