"Communication was great leading up to my reservation, unfortunately after that, customer service was less than helpful at the vacation property (not expedia). Someone else was parked in my one and only parking spot, forcing us to park far from our unit. When I reached out about it, they said someone from local management would deal with it. They never did after multiple calls over the weekend. It took my son to come up with the idea to write a polite note and leave it and they moved the next day (to someone else's spot). Then after paying for late check out and returning to collect our things from our room, they locked us out. Had to wait for management to come let us back in. It was also never communicated the property is completely under construction and we had to lug our bags through a construction site that wasn't very safe. I would not stay there or recommend the property management service Vacasa to anyone."

"Our family enjoyed our stay here. Our 2 bedroom condo was spacious enough for 5 us. It was a 7 to 10 mins walk to the village. "

"Leading up to our arrival, VRBO was sending canned messages getting us ready but we hadn’t received our door code so I figured we would arrive at check-in and it would be sent. Upon arrival we could see piles of garbage bags, cleaning supplies throughout the house.
