A really good location to Brugge town centre with very clean and up-to-date/modern decoration throughout. Our accommodation was perfect for 4 family adults, comprising of two bedrooms on separate levels, within the same apartment. There was a good selection for breakfast, catering for all and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel is newly renovated. It is clean and comfortable. Car park is next to the hotel which was very convenient and it’s a short walk into the centre of Brugge. Perfect for our overnight stay in Brugge.

Great location. There was a grocery store right across the street. Only a ten minute walk to the main market square. Rooms very clean and tidy. Black out curtains were a god send! Nice to have pool access during a city break. Was very hot while we were there and whilst the air conditioning was nice, it would have been nice if it was a little more powerful. Loved the free water fountains. Saved us a lot of money on bottled water. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Bruges

Great spot to stay in Bruges. It is away from the street which makes it nice and quiet. The room was nice although the room for the toilet was very small. Being able to fill water bottles with cold or bubbly water was a nice touch. It’s on a great street and parking costs are reasonable for a city. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was immaculate and the staff helpful. Only criticism I can find was the lack of storage space in our family room. No coat hooks and nowhere to place clothes. Had to leave them all in the suitcase until ready for use.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Bed was wicked comfortable as were the pillows (and we had lots of them)! The couch in the room is GREAT for when relaxing a bit in the room. Takes away the necessity of always having to sit on the bed. Hotel is newly renovated. Breakfast spread was amazing (although I would suggest adding signs/labels for allergens like Gluten, tree nuts, etc). There is parking available, although it's not the hotel but a public lot. Great location and the center is a short walk. What I loved is the hotel's commitment to the environment. They have glass bottles in the room and water filling stations on each floor, as well as wooden key cards & door hangers. How amazing! I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfectly located — everything in the centre is just a short walk away. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the staff at reception were so welcoming and helpful. We had requested an early check-in, and although it couldn’t be confirmed beforehand, they kindly arranged it when we arrived — such a relief after a long journey with a baby. Breakfast was delicious with decent variety, and we quite liked it as a family. The hotel restaurant is excellent too — lovely food, wine, and warm, friendly service. Overall, a wonderful stay with kind people, great food, and a fantastic location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bruges!

Le séjour s'est bien déroulé dans l'ensemble. Nous étions contents. Mais chambre étroite pour 3 personnes. Wc très petit. Il manquait de bancs à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, à l'entrée (car il y a une cour extérieure devant l'hôtel). Ça manquait aussi d'une petite cabane pour les fumeurs, pour les protéger de la pluie. Prix très exorbitants concernant les consommations au bar de l'hôtel. Idem pour le petit-déjeuner. Pour le reste, tout ok. Merci
