Schönes Appartement auf 2 Etagen

Für uns als Familie war der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung optimal. Die untere Etage bietet 2 Schlafzimmer. 1 großzügig geschnittes mit einem Doppelbett und einem extra Bett. Daran grenzt gleich die Terrasse. Das 2. Zimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten. Man kann in der Wohnung gut mit 3 Kindern wohnen. Bad und WC sind mit auf dieser Etage vorhanden. Die 2. Etage hat einen großen offenen Wohnraum mit Küche und Wohnzimmer,und einer Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Jachthafen. Direkt am Jachthafen befindet sich ein schöner Spielplatz mit Badespaß, Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt! Weiter zum Strand ist man in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß! Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt und die Lage sehr gut gefallen!

"Luft nach oben"

Ich kann mich Margaretes Beitrag vollumfänglich anschließen. Uns hat hauptsächlich die Aussicht gestört, die beim Objekt Nr. 25 sicher nicht die ist, die auf den Bildern abgebildet ist. Die Markise am Balkon war/ist defekt und liegt auf dem Boden. Der Vermieter wollte sich die Sache ansehen. Ist zumindest während unseres Aufenthalts nicht passiert. Das "Kinderzimmer" ohne Fenster ist außerdem wegen der Heizungs-/Wasserinstallation teilweise ziemlich laut und gibt nachts "Knackgeräusche" von sich. Ansonsten war die Wohnung (bis auf die Ecken in der Dusche) sehr sauber. Die Küche ist ordentlich eingerichtet und alles da, was man so braucht. Positiv: Entgegen den Mietbedingen lag ein Satz Handtücher parat. Gesamtfazit: Etwas durchwachsen aber letztendlich positiv.
