The Space:
Brungle Creek Escape 1 by Tiny Away is nestled in Brungle Creek, just 2 hours from Canberra and right at the start of the Honeysuckle Range. Surrounded by hills and bordered by a running creek, it overlooks the vast expanse of the southern hemisphere’s largest state forest. The tiny home is close to bushwalking trails, creeks, and native wildlife. Guests can explore historic wool sheds, hidden waterfalls, and scenic lookouts nearby.
After a day outdoors, unwind by the fire pit or stargaze under clear skies. You might even spot wildlife like kangaroos, wallabies, deer, and the occasional curious fox. Here, we promise to provide the best holiday home experience in Honeysuckle.
The surrounding region is just as rewarding to explore. Within a short drive, you can discover the alpine charm of Mount Selwyn, the cascading beauty of Adelong Falls, the serenity of the Murrumbidgee River, Gundagai Historic Bridges, and the haunting wonder of Yarrangobilly Caves.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have six holiday homes—Double Up at Little Kurrajong Escape, Honeysuckle Hunter's Hut, Honeysuckle Double View, Brungle Creek Escape 1, and Brungle Creek Escape 2—available with just 24 hours’ notice, giving you even more cozy options to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the tiny home and nearby area. Sheds and stockyards are off-limits. This is a working farm with livestock, so respect for animals and the privacy of nearby homes is expected.
The Neighborhood:
Brungle Creek Escape 1 by Tiny Away is located in peaceful Brungle Creek, just 2 hours from Canberra. Near the town of Tumut at the foot of the Snowy Mountains, it’s a place of rivers, dirt roads, and friendly locals. In autumn, don’t miss the Festival of the Falling Leaf—parades, music, and a true sense of community.
Explore more of our outdoor highlights, from the historic ruins and waterfalls at Adelong Falls to fishing and picnics along the Murrumbidgee River. In winter, enjoy snow activities at Mount Selwyn.
