"Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I love a bathroom with good lighting and the tv in the vanity mirror was fantastic to catch the morning news as we got ready!! The staff was exceptional. From check in, to drinks at the bar, to room service, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hotel Arista. "

"I've stayed here a few times on work trips to Naperville. Has generally been very good, but this last time was not. Hotel was just generally dirty - hallways, lobbies, etc. Room was fairly clean. Shower had a constant drip that if the shower door was left open, would splash onto the walls and the floor, leaving a puddle and soaking the wall. Toilet had trouble flushing. Front desk was helpful to help get us into another room just down the hall, but very awkward and unpleasant about it. New room smelled like urine and didn't feel clean. Toilet didn't flush very well in this room either, so maybe it's just a 3rd floor thing. It was our last night and we were tired so we just dealt with it and left the next day. Have had good experiences in this same hotel before - not sure what happened since my last stay back in the fall."

"Our first rooms bathroom smelled like sewage and the mattress was dirty. The staff changed our room and the bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower in a few places and hair coiled in the towels and wash clothes. The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre . The kids were running the halls and were so loud in the room above us. "

"Actually there were some lady bugs and other kind of bugs on curtain. When requested for change in the rooms . Since they were fully booked they were not able to provide alternate and also they did t provide other alternative option too and I ba ent even got credits too. I have left the hotel at 1:00 am along with family and got another hotel booked."

"The apartment was just as described, clean and had everything we needed, bed was comfortable. Would stay there again! Communication with Tristan was great. Summertime the pool and grounds would be great! The only tiny complaint we had was the lockbox to get/put back the key. It was very cold, snowy and icy. For an older person to get down and do that in the conditions was very hard. Thank you for having us at your place!"
