Amazing staff and accomodation!

Stayed here for a week with my fiance while visiting family in the area. It was the perfect accomodation during a bitterly cold February winter. We made great use of the gym and hot tub and the staff was attentive going above and beyond to make multiple challenging situations happening outside of the hotel easier. We have already bookmarked it as our go to spot for future visits to the area.

Excellent Stay

The room was clean and very comfortable! My only complaint about the room was the shower drain was very slow to drain. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We spent a lot of time at the pool which also had a hot tube! Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Staff

Extremely friendly staff. Very clean hotel. This is our third hotel in Naperville area and absolutely the best. This will be where we stay going forward. Suite was comfortable with all amenities. Pool area very clean but a bit too warm. Felt like a sauna. Nice quiet location but near dining. Easy to get places.

I appreciated the safety of the property itself. Upgraded locks and the exterior doors were not broken and seemed very secure. I also appreciated that I want compelled to clean before unpacking or showering. The kitchen was "cook" ready!

Beautiful all suite hotel!

I was pleasantly surprised by the updates to this clean and modern all suite Hotel. Everything was spotless from the outdoor areas, common areas and the guest suite. The only issues I had were the fact that there was no information provided on ours, accessibility, location of things, etc. I had to look them up online instead of just having them in room, or provided to me upon check-in.

I was impressed with the very friendly accommodating staff. Stayed in a one bedroom suite with queen bed. Next time I would pick the basic king room. The layout of the suite felt small and there is no oven. The cleanliness of the kitchen and dishes were very impressive. The shower head was crazy high up for a 8ft tall person! The shower was not enjoyable. The bed was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the extra towels as needed on request. The pool table is great! The swimming pool seems basic I didn’t go in but it’s perfect for kids. The breakfast is okay, limited dairy free or vegan options. Parking is convenient and you can access the building with a keycard by the side doors easily. I stayed in a room that had a view of a brick wall which made it seem dark in the room. The overall vibe of the hotel is quiet and laid back. I would stay again.

The street access was convenient. It lead us to this tucked away location that was still close enough to restaurants and a few activities for the time I and my husband was looking to have. The front landscaping was beautiful to see upon arrival and even at night. The interior was modernly designed with elements that made it felt a cozy to us. The time we spent there it was quiet and they have a "No Party" clause for the facility that comforted us to know that they desired to keep it a quiet environment. We did enjoy the exercise room, whirlpool, and pool during our stay and look forward in the future to experiencing the outdoor firepit, indoor lobby fireplace, and pool room. During, our current stay we did not experience the breakfast but there was one available though I felt like the breakfast time was short especially for us for the weekend. There where a few repairs that were visibly needed and noted while we were there but on this occasion, it did not over all negatively affect our stay as first time visitors. We did have to contact the front desk over a few things in the room and though they were not able to resolve them because it was beyond the facilities current capabilities at the time, the staff was responsive and kind and offered what they could. We do look forward to returning in the future.
