"My son and I enjoyed our father son trip and his first visit to Europe. The hotel staff are very helpful however we chose this hotel because they offer a pool to latter learn it was separate charge and not for children."

"Room was ok, but there is no air conditioning, only a fan which is very loud. So it was hard to sleep in the extremely hot weather. Hotel was very understaffed and there was always a massive queue to get help at reception. Also cleaning staff were supposedly available on request, but they did not ..."
