Staff was friendly and accommodating, however I had to ask for VIP perks and room upgrade. The first room we were given was tiny and dark, the upgrade made it worth staying at hotel. Breakfast was okay, but I would opt out and go somewhere else- or pay to eat at hotel restaurant. Location perfect and close to train station.

This was a nice hotel in a great location for tourist visiting Brussels. Sits right on the edge of the Grand Place, a small area of shops and all types of restaurants and chocolate shops. Rooms are really small but that is pretty typical from my experience in Europe.

Centrally located - a few steps from Grand Place, Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert and Gare de Bruxelles-Central. Decent breakfast and helpful staff. I have an abstract art view from my window - but I didn’t mind since it’s a place to rest tired feet, and if I want a view, I just stepped out of the hotel’s front door onto lively Rue du Marché.

Hotel is in a central location - close to the train station (for easy day trips), restaurants and tourist hot-spots. The hotel is very clean and the staff was nice. While the room is comfortable, there will be a lot of street noise (which cannot be controlled). I would stay there again.
