The hotel is super close to Brussels Midi Station, less than 10 minutes walk. Also very close to the bus stop to catch the bus to central Brussels, the staff was very nice, they storage our luggage before the check in. The room was very spacious and clean. Definitely a good and convenient place to stay. Pura vida!

This is not an AI review. 100% human. The room was seemingly ok. Check in was fine. Room looked okay we relaxed in it until 2 beg bugs crept up on the pillow I rested my head on. Overnight front desk associate gave us a new room. Of course, we would take apart the sheets and check the mattress in the new room. No bed bugs. Fine. The mattress protector was severely stained red and yellow. The mattress also stained. We slept on the floor that night because there were no other rooms. We checked out 2 days earlier than intended

Pros: - Near train station - Mattress was comfy - Check in was easy Cons: -thin walls you can hear the people across the hall at night and next door. -bathroom towels had orange stains -one thin pillow per person -only one key card allowed Note: There is no A/C or mini fridge (I later confirmed it was not advertised) Overall: Not worth the price (overpriced), stay somewhere else.

Good location / Cheap / Fine for 1 night stay

This is a very basic hotel. And the price reflects this. I arrived late and was just there for a bed for the night. Guy on reception - friendly Automatic lights in corridors - bit unreliable Room - spacious. Decor - probably needs a job doing Cleanliness - OK Bed - comfortable Location - very close to Brussels Midi Summary - good for a bed for the night - probably wouldn't be booking here if you are in Brussels for a mini break etc.

The cleaning staff are amazing. But during the morning time of Thursday January 30th, the receptionist was very rude and arrogant. They need to teach him what’s customer service. Assuming that people doesn’t have money to pay in front of others clients just because it is taking few minutes to be approved it is very very unpleasant.

Good Only issue was that the water did not drain fast enough when the shower was on had to keep turning the shower off and wait for,ti to drain so it did not overflow the shower cubicle

El hotel cerca de la estación de tres , súper bien!! Pero la limpieza es horrible!! Los baño mal limpio, las habitación. Hacía frío, no había cobertor extra. Recepción tampoco nos dió uno al solicita.

C'est proche de la gare du midi et du métro. La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, le lit neuf et confortable avec 1 tableau sympa. Le reste du mobilier faisait vieillot mais l'ensemble était correct. Pour une nuit de transit, c'est parfait. Le quartier n'est pas terrible...

Bra närhet till stationen.

Bra övernattningshotell om man ska byta tåg på Brüssel-Midi. Tar 5-6 min att gå till stationen. Lite små rum, men rent och fint. Tyvärr fanns ingen frukost på hotellet. Ett minus.
