I booked this place without reading carefully. There is no staff. Check in and delivery of services is automated. I was a bit confused checking in, since my phone was not working perfectly. There could be better posted explanations. But the place grew on me. Well taken care of. Very nice design. Free coffee pods. Perfect location. Could use a little bit better lighting in rooms.

The location was very good. A short walking distance to Brussels Central train station. The amenities and the conditions were good. It was very clean. The only slightly negative remark is that there is no reception. Everything opens with a special code. The main gate, the elevator, the laundry room, etc. So this was a bit weird for me. But otherwise it's a good place.

The location of the hotel is amazing, very central, opposite the cathedral and 5 minute walk to the central station. You have to get used to the lack of staff - everything is online and there is no receptionist situated at the hotel so if you have a problem, you have to contact them via telephone/WhatsApp. The breakfast was very varied and high quality and the gym was probably the best hotel gym I've been too - very well equipped. Rooms are a good size, we're comfortable although my shower water drained all over the bathroom floor making the floor very wet everytime I had a shower which was annoying.

The room was perfect and the idea behind being issued a PIN number to access the building, lift, room etc. is great, no way to lose a room key or lock yourself out etc. Having the option to store your bags before check in in the lockers was a huge plus so we could explore the city before the room was ready. Plenty of fresh water to refill our water bottles, coffee/tea facilities were good and the shower and bed was perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or another Numa property in the future. We will definitely seek them out for our next trip.

Location, lobby and comfort - super comfy beds and pillows. It was completely contactless and yet so well maintained and well stocked. Appreciated having a coffee machine which doesn’t seem to be standard with a lot of European hotels. Only thing missing was a pool, which would really elevate this place even further. Highly recommend!
