We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for us, especially traveling with kids. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great service and felt very comfortable during our visit. Highly recommended for families!

Amazing staff!! Bathrooms could be better. Cleaning can be better.
Conveniently-located hotel (less than 20 minutes' walk to downtown Brussels and the Christmas markets) with a hipster-artsy theme. Overall very maintained and with a unique aesthetic. Excellent views of the Brussels skyline in some rooms (we were on the 7th floor).
Staying at the NHOW Brussels Bloom is always a pleasure. The staff is consistently attentive, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to everyone there, especially MARK. I look forward to returning.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are a great size and I really enjoyed the quirky decor, the bed is amazingly comfortable and HUGE. There isn’t much in the local area immediately outside of the hotel, but the tram / metro is very close plus it’s 15-20 minutes to Grand Place by foot anyway.
The only downside, and it is a big downside, is that it’s very noisy. Perhaps this is just if you’ve got a room on the front of the hotel like we did.
I’m not usually one to mind a bit of a city noise, but my goodness between the tram honking every 15 minutes or so up until 1am and the fact that the hospital and police stations are around the corner, so there’s many sirens on and off throughout the night, it really quite difficult to fall asleep / stay asleep.
It’s such a shame as otherwise this hotel is a 10/10 - strongly recommend you bring some ear plugs with you!
Breakfast is indeed great, artsy room, nice location, good staff. Only downside is the conditioner that wasn't refilled and a blinking light in the bathroom (one of the deco ones).
All said, I would gladly come back.
The hotel was so lovely. We couldn’t fault it, we had a brilliant stay. The staff were amazing - particularly those in the restaurant who took great care of us and our young daughter. We ate there every night and really enjoyed it.
While the hotel was perfect - unfortunately the area it is in, was not. We felt very unsafe at times - throughout the day, not just at night. We saw people taking drugs, urinating (and worse) right beside the hotel. This is not the hotel’s fault, and they can’t change their location, but we wouldn’t stay again due to the area.

Room was clean. Bed huge and very comfortable. Bar prices extremely expensive (drink) especially compared to bars in surrounding area
Great hotel, with amazing decor. The bar is expensive, and we didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food. It may not be in the greatest location, but with the tram stopping right outside, you're 2 minutes away from the city centre.
Brilliant place, didn't use any of the restaurant food options on site, but about 20/25 mins walk to the centre, great hotel, lovely staff & very close to the beautiful Botanical Gardens.
Not too far from downtown as walling distance however if you really wanted to stay up late to enjoy nightlife it's better to stay right in downtown. Very roomy as family room we stayed as standard of Europeans. Staff are friendly and helpful. House keepers need to be aware the rules of the house service to customers.
