A very nice place. Ideally located near the center in a cozy neighborhood. The host was very friendly and accessible. It made our stay great, we would definitely come back!

This property is an excellent value. It is clean, in a great location, great water pressure, great internet connect, and a queen size bed, which is rare in Europe.There was so much space for 2 people. Would highly recommend.

The location is ideal, below the city viewing point. Lidl just across the road, hot water, clean bedding and kitchen utensils. The host is very polite and let us to check in 2 hours earlier. The only inconsistency is with sleeping places. With enough sleeping for 4 but only 1 double duvet for all. Pictures attached.

Dangerous stairs

Good location, no hot water on arrival, I had to figure out to fix it, TVs never work, one did not have remote control.Sablon is not good for seniors and you have to speak the country language

Logement correct, avec assez d'espace pour 3 personnes voire plus.Situation géographique intéressante, à mi-chemin entre la gare du midi et le centre ville historique.Des pistes d'amélioration seraient néanmoins à envisager : une couette supplémentaire serait appréciable pour le canapé-lit car de simples plaids peuvent ne pas suffire. De même, ajouter de la vaisselle rendrait le séjour plus confortable car il n'y a qu'un seul verre à eau (tous les autres sont des verres à pied), seulement 3 bols... Une cafetière et un sèche-cheveux pourraient être un plus.Hôte agréable mais nous n'avons échangé que par la messagerie Abritel et il n'a pas toujours été facile à contacter par ce biais. Le départ du logement n'a pas pu se faire avec remise des clés en main propre à cause de cela.Informations importantes à noter : de nombreuses marches pour accéder au logement, et même à l'intérieur de l'appartement, donc logement non adapté aux PMR contrairement à ce qu'on peut lire sur l'annonce.Par ailleurs un bar-restaurant situé en dessous du logement diffuse régulièrement de la musique le soir, à très haut volume. Sur les 3 nuits cela n'a été réellement dérangeant que sur 1 et grâce à des bouchons d'oreilles nous avons tout de même pu dormir. Notre hôte nous a assuré que des démarches étaient en cours auprès de la copropriété concernant les nuisances sonores, à espérer que cela porte ses fruits.

Appartement au dessus d'un restaurant bar, musique trop forte, trop de basse, l'appartement tremble. Musique jusqu'à 4h du matin dimanche, impossible de dormir. Cet appartement doit être louer seulement les nuits de dimanche à lundi et lundi à mardi car le bar ferme le lundi et ferme à heure resonnable le dimanche. Pas de cafetière dans la cuisine. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain.

A barátaimmal egy 4 napos kiránduláson vettünk és ebben az apartmanban szálltunk meg. Amikor megérkeztünk az apartmanba tapasztaltuk hogy nagyon hideg volt bent és raadásul még az ablak is nyitva volt miközben kint 5-10C körül volt a hőmérséklet. Ezt még meg is értettük volna hogy kiszellőztettek mielőtt jöttünk de utána azt tapasztaltuk hogy a fűtés ki van kapcsolva. Próbáltuk bekapcsolni de sehogy nem sikerült így a 13-15C-os apartmanba voltunk.Írtunk a tulajnak hogy nincs fűtés és fázunk. Vissza írt hogy ő most dolgozik és 8 órakkor végez és utána tudja megnézni hogy mi a baj. Mi folyamatosan próbáltuk bekapcsolni a fűtést de sehogy sem sikerült, végül támadt egy ötletünk hogy elemet cserélünk a termosztátba, amint kicseréltük az elemet azonnal bekapcsolt a fűtés. Így mi oldottuk meg a problémát. Egyből egy rossz élménnyel kezdődött a szállás elfoglalásunk.A következő negatív tapasztalatunk szombat este kezdődött és vasárnap hajnal 5 órakkor ért véget. Mint utólag megtudtuk az apartman alatt egy bár/disco van és szombat este 9 orától reggel 5ig szólt a zene. Ez a zene olyan hangos volt hogy nem tudtunk aludni tőle. Egész este a hangfalnak a basszusát hallgattuk ami olyan hangos volt hogy a konyha és a nappali padlóját rezegtette. Szombatról így 2-3 óra alvással ébredtünk vasárnapra. Ez hogy az apartman alatt egy disco működik sehol nem volt feltüntetve. Nem ajánlom senkinek ezt az apartmant ha pihenni vagy kirándulni szeretne Brüsszelben.

Está céntrico en una calle bastante humilde. Enfrente hay supermercados que son económicos. El alojamiento tiene muchísimas escaleras muy difíciles de subir. La puerta de entrada al portal está defectuosa y es una entrada muy pequeña. Faltan toallas faltan platos en general. La ducha funciona muy bien. La cocina está bien. La cama es cómoda.

El apartamento está en una buena zona, y está bien, sin embargo he tenido que estar yo detrás del propietario, ya que nunca se ha contactado el conmigo. Faltaban toallas que tuve que pedirle ya que no ha dejado suficientes, ni había todo lo que anuncia, como el secador de pelo, si bien dijo que acababa de romperse. Tiene que mejorar mucho su comunicación. Para estar solo una noche ok, pero si quieres cocinar y sentirte en casa, no es el sitio adecuado.

La casa tiene una ubicación muy buena pero fue muy dificil contactar con el propietario, y fue bastante desagradable. En el alojamiento faltaba ropa de cama, toallas y vajilla. No habia una mesa para sentarse a comer con sus sillas correspondientes. Solo dos taburetes. El alojamiento está en la parte trasera de un edificio con escaleras muy empinadas para llegar. No apto para discapacitados, ni niños pequeños.

Der Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe und wir sind früher abgereist. Unterhalb des Ortes befindet sich ein Restaurant, dass sich als Club entpuppte und ab 23 Uhr bis 5 Uhr morgens ohrenbetäubend laut Musik spielte. Die Bässe waren so massiv, dass der vordere Teil des Apartment zitterte. Als wir runter gingen und den Wirt baten, die Musik leiser zu machen, meinte der, die Vermietung sei illegal. Die Polizei kam nicht und wir warten noch darauf, unser Geld wieder zu bekommen.
