Disliked: Cleanliness
The room was barely clean, good space but to take a shower was a mess , you had to press the button constantly, there’s no staff, and the neighbour was weird, invaded by immigrants with bad manners and weird attitude

Suggestion:
Please remove empty soap dispenser and add a small shelf instead in the shower.
Change shower curtain to white, it was very dark.
No, towel holder in bathroom.
The air in the entrance area/ building was very OLD, need more fresh air.
This shameful hotel has absolutely no reception staff. But don’t worry, security staff will patrol instead, and asinine boards plastered around the desolate reception inform you of the desiccated services available.
The idea of moving the entirety of somebody’s hotel access to an online ‘key’ is simply stupid. If someone should have their phone stolen or broken, they are locked out entirely. Oh but don’t worry, you can call the help-line from your missing mobile. The absolute banality of evil.
The scheme fails on its own terms. They claim to want to eliminate the pile-up of receipts and documentation. Instead, I received even more messages and online portal links than any other hotel to which I’ve been.
The absentee owners have left in their place awful placards stating how proud they are to have sunk their entirety of their savings into this awful idea. One can only hope they fail quickly to dissuade others from following their execrable example.
