Clean room, friendly staff. Bathroom shower was broken. They tried fixing but still didn’t work. Walkable from Grand Place-great location. Walkable from Midi station also but due to major road work, not an easy walk.

My overall stay was good,starting with the lovely receptionist who checked us in. I booked for 2 adults and a toddler, so I was expecting a room with a double and a single but instead we got a double bed room. We were given a crib the next day. Also, please have room service to do a thorough cleanup because we found a forgotten trouser in the room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Will definitely recommend Augusta

Lot of Halal food nearby. My wife got scared - restaurants full of men no women. Neighborhood resembles Middle East. Walking distance to the busy area. Hotel facilities are excellent. Good place to stay

Nice Brussels Hotel

Cute hotel close to the Royal Galleries and the central square. Very walkable to the train station. Large rooms. Does have AC but room is a bit dated especially the bathroom. I would stay again and price point is positive.

Just 15 minutes walk from the Zuid station and 10 minutes walk from Mannekin Pis the location is very convenient. It has tall and spacious rooms. Only downside is that the restaurant doesn’t serve lunch or dinner.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

The hotel is situated fifteen minutes' walk from Midi-Zuid rail and metro station, and ten minutes' walk in the other direction to the Grand Place. The staff were helpful and the rooms well-kept, with comfortable beds. There is currently a huge Metro extension project going on along the main street which therefore feels very much like a construction zone but didn't in any way inconvenience our stay.

Everything went well I didn’t have any problem with the hotel. Breakfast service was good too. The only problem I had was about the iron. We requested an iron and was told it will be delivered when we are out venturing. When we came back at night and it wasn’t there. The hotel was in good conditions

Highly recommended

Not only did I enjoy my stay here, but also already booked another visit to the hotel. It’s seated perfectly between the Brussels MIDI train station and shopping and local attractions (all easily walkable). Also, I found the staff to be exceedingly helpful. During check-in I was handed a local map where they were happy to circle attractions and chart a walking path for me. The room was clean and comfortable, spacious, and had several easy-to-access outlets.

Place is definitely better in pictures than in person. Everyone was friendly, breakfast amazing, but the rooms are old, old carpet and we had no AC. The fan was soo dusty that I was afraid of our allergies getting worse, so I didn’t turned on. Location was pretty good. I was not expecting this for a 4 stars hotels, it’s a 3 starts for sure in USA (except for the breakfast!)

This was my 3rd stay at The Augustin, staff always friendly and polite. The only issues we had this time was the fridge was not working and the shower hose leaked and would wet the bathroom a considerable amount. Was reported to reception who arranged for maintenence to sort it out. Breakfast buffet is between 7am-10am at €15 per adult.children under 12 free. I would advise not going late as the don't restock the hot food near closing time. Overall breakfast was good. Location of the hotel is really good about 10-minute walk from Eurostar and 10-15 to the centre depending how far you want to go. If I come back to Brussels I would definitely stay again.

Overall the hotel was clean but my room was probably the worst in the hotel. I hit my head several times because of the uneven ceiling! Neighborhood was not too great either. But the staff was really excellent—two thumbs up for everyone.
